This privacy policy sets out how CADtec3D uses and protects your information that you give us when you use this website. CADtec3D Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. CADtec3D will never directly ask you to send us personal or payment information. The only information we will know is your name and shipping information should you purchase our product/s and email address should you request information from us. We will never know your debit or credit card information as purchases are done via PayPal and PayPal never divulge this information to merchants. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You will be able to opt out. We will never share your information with 3rd parties unless for whatever reason we were asked to do so by law. CADtec3D Ltd may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Customs Declaration:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Shipping charges will be added at checkout and you will be informed of the exact shipping charge prior.
DNS (day night sight) product description
The CADtec3D range of DNS Sights are not Night Vision Devices. By definition, a Night Vision Device will increase the intensity of existing available ambient light using optoelectronics. What the DNS range of Sights do is to provide illumination to the Sight picture using a Trigalight ® vial, which due to low light levels, the Sight picture would otherwise be invisible or hard to see. For example, it may be that the Target is clearly visible but due to your vantage point, the ambient light would be so low that unless the DNS sight had a Trigalight ® vial fitted, you would not be able to see the sight picture in order to optically and mechanically align your weapon with the Target. Please note: Even though you will always be able to see a Sight picture on your DNS range of products, even in total darkness, you will not be able to acquire and recognize a target beyond all doubt, aim and fire at the Target if you cannot see the Target. The DNS does not guarantee you can see a Target under all lighting conditions, ONLY the Sight picture. CADtec3D wanted to issue this disclaimer in order to remove confusion or ambiguity as to how and what the DNS range of Sights are and how they operate.
Fibre Optic colours
We will supply Red as advertised or Orange depending on availability. We will supply Green as advertised or Yellow / Lime depending on availability.
Return & Refund Policy:
Before you return your item, please let us know in advance, why you intend to return it. If what you received didn’t meet your expectations please let us know why. It may be possible for us to address the issue. If within 30 days from purchase you are unhappy with the product you purchased, for whatever reason, simply then return it and we will refund your money 100% no questions asked! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
If you intend to return your product, please let us know and we will tell you the return address.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure your shipping method includes “proof of shipping” i.e. "Post Office signed for", or any other similar method where you get a tracking code. Please send us the tracking code here info@CADtec3D.co.uk when you return the product. This is your proof of sending. No refund will be made under any circumstances if no tracking code is sent.
